For any kind of problem you may face in Romvision apartments and is not solved in 60 minutes by our staff you beneficiate the following discounts for the night
- 75% » lack of the cleaning service presence in the days agreed (every three days)
- 50% » lack of electricity
- 25% » lack of heating » lack of hot water(in the bathroom)
- 15 % » lack of cable television » lack of kitchen utensils: spoons, forks, plates, glasses » lack of bathroom facilities: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels » malfunction of internet connection
Program conditions: - You beneficiate the discount only in case the problem is fixed in more than 60 minutes. - We decided for 60 minutes considering that just to cover the distance between apartments we need up to 45 minutes. - The discounts are cumulated, but in case you will have more than 100%, the night is considered free of charge. - For receiving these discounts you have to report the problem immediately. Any kind of complains after the event will not be taken into consideration. - The accommodation bill is paid at the check-in. The discounts cumulated during your stay are refunded on the check-out. - "No Surprises Program" is available in all our apartments. - No other discounts will be applied for other events than those mentioned before.
