How do I make the check-in into the apartment?
If you need the airport transfer our representative will wait you at the airport with a sign for your name, join you to the apartment and make the check-in. If you don't need the airport transfer you have to call us on your arrival date in order to set up the meeting time with our representative (at the apartment address or at our office)
Do you request a credit card guarantee?
Not always, but we reserve the right to request a credit card to guarantee the booking for longer reservations or during busy periods.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept Visa and Master Card .
How will my reservation be confirmed?
All the bookings have to be done through the reservation forms from the website. You will receive instantly the e-mail confirmation (with the confirmation number, pricing etc) and after that you just need to reconfirm it within 24 hours (the reonfirmation is done by following a link from our confimation mail). |
