The apartment was fine & likewise Mircea is always very helpful.

There are many wild dogs near this apartment (some attacking people as they walk in the street). I’m surprised that this problem still goes on, what can be done to lobby the City council to make Bucharest safe & comfortable for visitors. I’d like to hear your thoughts about this.

Very easy, until we had a last minute change of address! But that was handled as well as could have been expected

How would you rate your experience with RomVision?

Good to average, but having seen something of Bucharest I can understand why. The apartment itself was good, the bathroom disappointing, but nonetheless we did have a shower that got hot water after a few minutes. The kitchen was enough, but if we were staying for longer we would have needed more for our own cooking.

As a family travelling for a short time this was more than adequate for our needs, my concern would be if we needed to stay longer …

Appartment is in a good position and is a pleasant one. Some of the bathroom fittings are problematic - shower head doesnt fit into its holder and towel rack collapses as soon as you look at it, but in general I like the appartment.

Procedura de rezervare a fost foarte clara si eficienta.
Am avut surpriza placuta sa gasim apartamentul Denmark renovat, in perfecta stare, cu toate facilitatile in buna stare de functionare.
Sugerasem anul trecut sa puneti o sticla cu apa minerala in frigider. Am gasit nu numai sticla cu apa minerala, ci si sticle cu bere, cu sucuri si o sticla cu vin!!
Am primit raspuns si solutionare imediata a tuturor solicitarilor de-a tot lungul sederii noastre, serviciul de curatenie a fost perfect.

Ease of reservation process: was very good, easy and quickly.
Quality of accommodation in the Holland apartment (location; kitchen, bathroom and rooms amenities): the apartment was very good, except the fridge wasn't working and that the second bathroom seat toilet was not good to use with (it's angle makes it always closing). The kitchen was very useful. the location was a little bit off center but good enough and quiet and there was a mini market very close and enough parking.


Facilities in the Holland apartment (Internet; phone; TV; air conditioning): The facilities was great except that I can't connect to the Wi-Fi Internet with my computer.

RomVision staff attitude (customer orientation; efficiency; proficiency; friendly) - Mircea Ivan and Bogdan Brinzea: I want to say that Mircea was very nice and very friendly upon entering. He help me every time I needed with information on SMS. Bogdan was also very nice and answer to my phone when we arrive to the city in 22:00.

The accommodations were good, everything seemed to be working. The kitchen faucet in the Germany apartment was leaking but was replaced very fast when we reported it. We liked the locations of Denmark and Germany apartments much better than the Spain apartment.-4

The staff was very good. Irina and Mircea were very helpful and responsive to our needs.-5

All three apartments are very clean and all necessities were included.-5

-Process easy, the online thing that make me not so comfortable is the fact that you dont assure the reservation of an apartment.

I had a very positive experience with Romvision. Irina was charming and helpful in her emails, and when there was a problem with the apartment I had booked, she gave us an executive apartment and a free airport transfer to compensate.

The quality of the accommodation was very good. Great location, nice kitchen (a couple of beers as well as the water and fanta in the fridge would be a nice touch after a long journey. Ursus.) Bathroom was lovely, great jacuzzi. My friend said the bedroom did get very hot at night, but the AC in the living room was excellent.

The facilities were very good, though the surround sound didn’t seem to be working 100% but that may just be me.

Staff attitude was good. Mircea pointed out some buildings of interest on the way from the airport. He recommended KFC and McDonalds at the apartment, and we would have liked some more authentic Romanian recommendations but he pointed us in the direction of some nice bars. Very efficient/proficient. 100% happy.

Apartment was clean.

I rate my experience a 5. Top quality service. Will recommend very highly, thank you.

I have to say that I though Bucharest was an amazing and beautiful place and I hope to return to Romania again. When I do I wouldn’t consider using any other accommodation service.

Sure I will help out with the feedback.

The reservation process went excellent and Irina worked very efficient.

The apartment itself was really good as well as the facilities. The only minus points is that there is a not so fresh smell in the bathroom which I think has to do with water during a long time in contact with the wooden “floor” in the shower is not such a good idea. Maybe time to install an alternative “floor”? Also the AC was a bit loud, but worked well.

Bogdan did a great job. Friendly, efficient, social and speaks a very good English. Great guy!

The cleaning was also as good as I could ask for.

So all in all I would rate my experience to be very close to a “5”.

I will certainly contact you again when I come to Bucharest next time.

and I asked him, "weren't you the young man that got me to the Train Station ON TIME, two years ago"?. He was.

RomVision has a GREAT asset, this young man!!!!!! For me, he has been the last "face", of RomVision and Now, the first Face of RomVision. Besides the physical apartments which are great! His dedication to his responsibilities and how he goes about it, is now days, hard to find.

I wish I could find, and know how difficult it is to resource, individuals like this young man.
