- Ease of reservation process - Irina Vrabie: Reservations were perfect, as always.
- Quality of accommodation in the Norway apartment (location; kitchen, bathroom and rooms amenities) - The location was excellent and interior of the apartment very nice.
- Facilities in the Norway apartment (internet; phone; TV; air conditioning) - Facilities were excellent as always.
