USE OF SITE: You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

PRIVACY: RomVision Travel Inc is not allowed to use in other purpose than your interest your personal information. Your e-mail address and personal data will not be revealed to anyone without your permission.

BOOKING: The minimum booking period is 2 days. The maximum booking period is 30 days. In case of 2 days booking we guarantee the apartment category and the confirmed rate but not the specific apartment. During Cristmas Day and Easter Day cleaning and laundry services are not available.

PAYMENT: The payment will be done in the arrival day at check-in. Credit Card is accepted (Visa or MasterCard - 3% extra charge) and the transaction requires the PIN code. From Silver Members we also accept bank transfer only from Romanian banks. In some cases, we reserv the right to guarantee the booking by charging the first night rate.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation permited 48 hours before day of arrival without any charge. Cancellation fee: first night accommodation rate.
       For reservations longer than 20 days in case of earlier check-out the amount is refundable with a previous notice of 10 days in advance and the current discount will not apply. The policy applies to all RomVision members.

CAPACITY: For two rooms apartments there are allowed maximum 3 persons and for three rooms apartments there are allowed 4 persons. In case of a larger number of customers an extra tax of 10 € per day and person, VAT not included will apply.

INVENTORY: Keep in good condition all inventory objects in the apartment. In case of breaking or destroying an object, the amount of the damage shall be charged. We are responsible for any things left in the apartment after your check-out date.

INTERNET: Wi - Fi internet connection is available in all RomVision apartments. The wireless internet connection is free of charge. In case of wireless connection failure, please use the LAN cable.

APARTMENT USE: Check-in time: 13.00 . Check-out time: 12.00. The apartment is for accommodation only, it may not be used for other purposes that do not comply with Romanian Law. Respect and maintain your neighbor's right to intimacy and silence. No pets allowed.

INTERNAL PROBLEMS: RomVision Travel Inc reserves the right to substitute the apartment reserved with another, similar or higher category, apartment but at the initial and confirmed rate, in case the apartment reserved cannot be rented because of internal problems.

INSURANCE: In case of a robbery, persons and personal property of the apartments customers are not covered or included in the apartment rate.

GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
